I have been a patient of Dr. Hiltz for many years. My parents see him as well. We have always been highly satisfied with the care we have received. He is a very good person, skillful dentist, dedicated parent and community volunteer.
He keeps up to date on current techniques and is able to attract committed personnel. Everyone in the office is always happy which puts me at ease. I also find him very practical when recommending work to be done. Sometimes discourages me from seeking more expensive options ie He recommended crest whitestrips over his more expensive bleaching options telling me it was a better value!

Horrible nightmare of a dentist. Terribly uneducated and overpriced. Downright rude and poor communicator. Office is run down and in need of major repairs. Equipment is out of date. Office seems to randomly close when it is supposed to be open leaving emergency patients in the dark looking for somewhere else to go.

My girlfriend was so excited when I had my teeth done, as I was at the same time. Now when I see pictures of myself, there's light gleaming off my teeth on the pictures where I'm smiling in.

My friend did invisalign with Dr. Fong and he asked him to sign off with many spaces in the back causing him gum infection. He asked Dr. Fong to fix these spaces and Dr. Fong said that he only treated front teeth and not responsible for back teeth. Dr. Fong charged 5500 dollars for the treatment and my friend bought the worst experience with a Doctor in the world.

My concern was… is it painful? Other than that, I don't have any doubt about the services being offered here. I know that they can make my teeth beautiful and would definitely increase my confidence, in facing other people and dealing with them as well.

I just recently switched over to Dr. Lam, from my dentist of 15 years. I found him quite personable and he paid a great attention to detail. I asked him a couple questions about my kids and his knowledge and comfort convinced me to bring them as well. I would highly recommend him.
As to the previous post about doing more questionable dental work. My experience was the opposite, he found a huge cavity which went undiagnosed for years. Thank god he found it, as it saved me from a root canal. My family and I are definitely glad we switched dentist.

I don't think it's something that every dentist has been gifted with. I really admire Dr. Westersund for having that skill which I have been looking for a dentist. Completely have my trust for the dentist and looking forward for more future appointments.

The DENTIST's DECISION ARE NOT BASE ON CLIENT's WELFARE, BUT RATHER FOCUSES ON TWO THINGS: 1) how more fees can be collected, and 2) and perform more procedures, even learn or practice on innocent patients.
BEWARE: I feel demeaned, CANNOT TRUST Yasmin Ismail-Juma. SHAME ON THE DENTAL PRACTICE!

Seeing as it is the new year, its time to boycott Fairview Family Dental and Lyudmila (Luda) Ushakova and her deceptive ways of doing business. Make your new years resolution to find a decent dentist because this place is at the very bottom of the list. You'll definitely be glad you did!

BEWARE: after messing up the root canal job by leaving a needle buried deep in my gums. Eventually, I gave up from the PAIN, and had to visit a specialist to fix this mistake made, (cost an additional $800 out of my own pocket !!!).
I feel demeaned because I was treated like a test subject, and to this day, I am having troubles chewing food from an un-required Root Canal job that was recommended to me just so the dentist can make a few more bucks from my insurance! This could have been avoided. SHAME ON THE DENTAL PRACTICE!

I have witnessed irrational behaviour from dentist Lyudmila (Luda) Ushakova. From my personal experience she is not a good dentist or a good person. She made numerous mistakes regarding my personal care. She violated my patient privacy and seems to enjoy arguing with her patients. I would never recommend her under any circumstances. If she were the last dentist in the world I would rather let my teeth fall out or pull them out myself. If you are looking for a good dentist go elsewhere. If she is your current dentist I would recommend you try to find a new one before she screws you over as well. It just a matter of time!

went to this dentist because they had a good website and seemed like would be a good place to go. however i was mistaken and horribly disappointed. the hygienist seemed like i was the first person they ever worked on. did a horrible job cleaning my teeth,. the dentist was hard to understand. didnt really do anything that a normal dentist does. charged me an arm and a leg for things that i dont think she even did. shocking that this dentist is able to do business yet provide such obviously poor services

I use to get headaches quite frequently. I wanted to whiten my teeth but of course veneers won't whiten so they looked like crap. Since I have my teeth done it changed my life drastically. When I wake up in the morning I feel wonderful, I don't even need to do my hair and wear make-up just to look so good. My teeth just look great, it makes your whole look!

very good with kids! Honest & patient! I am going to bring my whole family to him. This is the first time, I feel relaxed in a dentist chair...I really trust Dr.van Beek. He does what is needed. He is fun to talk to too. My husband can talk football and hunting with him...never knew a dentist that was this 'real'!

I am a 54-year-old who smoked for 20 years. The dentist I had before Dr. Westersund looked after me but I feel that he didn’t do enough. My teeth were not all in the same color, were not white enough, nor did they looked healthy. Having my teeth done is something I felt that I wanted to do for myself, something that would be long lasting and I would enjoy daily. Absolutely no regrets, it’s one of the best things I ever did! Now I get told I look in my 40’s.

I've had broken teeth since I was 14 years old. They were bent, discolored, it was horrible. I never smiled a lot and I never actually realize I was putting my hand in front of my mouth. As a result I never actually smiled very much. I'm a lot happier now. I'm lot more confident for a whole bunch of different reasons. I'm a lot more confident about smile and my physical presence then I was in the past. It was a relatively totally painless process and I know I smile a whole lot more.
