noone working there knows what they are doing, the nasty rude receptionists tried overcharging me 4 times the dentist angela is really rough and doesnt know how to freeze properly she jammed the needle so hard in it must have went right through to the other side. ALL THIS PLACE CARES ABOUT IS MONEY they do not care about your needs, dentist actually argued with me about what to do of course everything they had in mind was top dollar procedures. They lie and dont explain nothing to you. IF YOU ARE SMART DO NOT GO HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. they are con artists

he wanted to do more dental work which is questionable. I didn't feel he put my health as his first priority. His father is a better dentist. Anyway,
I changed to another dentist, never again with the Lams.

Great dentist and this is from someone who hates going to the dentist. I have been going to Dr. Chan for years now after he was recommended by a friend. I am so glad that I took her advice and went to him. I will be following him when he opens his practice in blackburn Mews.

I was denied service at my first appointment with Dr.Kathrada at hi Coquitlam office for reason he only knows . I came to get estimate for tooth implant . My dentist sent x ray to his office which they could not find . I was asked why I came and I simply answered that they should know why I took my time to come and visit and hoped for a good service . I could not believe my ears when he said he does not want to deal with me . Very unprofessional by him being a doctor . He said as well that we are not on the same page and because it takes many appointments to finish implant he feels like he should not deal with me . So much for professional doctor dentist . Another thing is that my appointment was at 11:30 but they've asked me to accommodate emergency and come at 2 pm and I did . I guess I was rude there to . Thank you Dr Kathrada for very best service and good luck to you .

NEVER seek treatment from this dentist. All he and his staff are about are money, not your well being. I have permanent damage from a root canal. RUDE

I had some fillings done by Dr. Jas Sidhu. He is arrogant and over priced. Not the best in manners either. I felt he did not listen to my concerns, if he did, he chose to ignore them. Choose another dentist. Staff at the office are very nice.

Dr. Jas Sidhu is the worst dentist I have ever gone to.He continually refused to fix my night guard, and my bite has now changed.He did not listen to my concerns, b/c he would have to do extra work (produce new nightgaurd).Don't waste your time or money with Dr. Jas.

My procedure was explained and followed through to the end. Time estimates for appointments very accurate and easy to schedule transportation to and from. End result of crowns very satisfied! Smiling a lot to show them off. Minor discomfort with hot and cold temp was cured by Melisas hint of putting tooth paste on sore area. Did this for two days and discomfort was gone.

This dentist is overpriced. Even with the best insurance, you'll end up paying large sums of money out of pocket because they charge much more than standard fees for treatment. Furthermore, he seems to be constantly trying to convince me to get more dental work done and more often. With past dentists, I have routinely gone for my annual cleaning and had few to no cavities. Yet, somehow with this dentist, I seem to need dental work four times a year. My final criticism is of Dr. Pantazi himself. On two separate occasions, I have witnessed him being rude to two different dental hygienists while they are both working on my teeth. This not only speaks to his character, but also his lack of professionalism. I recommend checking out a different dentist in Marda Loop, since other dentists in the area are more affordable and may provide more honest service.

My appointment with Dr. Charles was excellent.He offers appointments as early as 7:00 am so I was able to have my teeth checked and get to work on time. No cavities, and when I need dental work, the needles do not hurt. He has the ability to make you feel comfortable as he working on your teeth no matter how complex the work. Both of my adult sons find him a n exceptional dentist as well.

Dr. Mehrabani is an excellent dentist, she always gave me good advise to how to take care of my teeth and what can I do to keep my mouth healthy.
Her staffs are very helpful and she is a very fare Dr. She always spends time with her patients to make sure they are aware of what she is going to do next.

i find Dr.Busche to be very professional. She takes the time to explain all options.Does not try to up sell you on work not needed like my last dentist. She makes me feel comfortable when having work done.After several visits i recommend her to friends and family.She actually shows she cares again not like my last dentist.

Dr Semren does a standup job not only the work he does but his people skills are also great. The staff makes you feel at ease.I am not great at the dentist a little nervous but they seem to be able to put me at ease. They have been doing a great job for our whole family.We have never been disappointed from the service we receive.

I was with Dr. Hiltz for several years and I liked him. As the years progressed and I matured he seemed to become less and less personable, until by the end I hardly saw him at all (his staff does all the work).
What I didn't know however was that he was doing poor work!
I later went to Dalhousie Dental (due to not having dental insurance I wanted cheap), and I got a fantastic level of attention to detail, due to having several students and professors review each others work.
It turns out the reason I always had MAJOR troubles with compaction (food jamming between teeth) was because Hiltz was putting ABSOLUTELY no focus into the contacts (how the teeth touch each other after a filling). Leads to poor dental health and more work down the road.
Also, two of the root canals he performed failed (incomplete root canal means bacteria stays trapped underneath the tooth and festers). This had to be re-done professionally, and the professors (dentists) at Dal were surprised by the poor workmanship

I'm scared to death of dentists. I had grind my teeth for years. I'm a huge whoosh and you have to treat me gently. I didn't like my teeth, they were crooked, they were yellow, well I needed a dentist getting rid of the
grinding problem. The cosmetic aspect for me was a huge bonus. It changed the way I slept and that changed my whole life. I use to be shy, but I got over it.
